Accreditation

Colorado Northwestern Community College is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission www.hlcommission.org or 1-800-621-7440. The Dental Hygiene program is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation and the United States Department of Education. Aviation programs are certified and supervised by the Federal Aviation Administration. Nursing is fully approved by the Colorado Board of Nursing and is newly accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The Seasonal Law Enforcement Training Program (Park Ranger Academy) is Federal Law Enforcement Training Accredited (FLETA).
