ENV 1010 - Natural Disasters 3 Credits 45 Lecture Hours
Introduces different types of natural hazards, their causes, effects, and what can be done to reduce the risks to human populations. Scientific advances related to understanding, predicting, and preparing for natural disasters are discussed.
